We are at a paradigm turning point of human evolution. Either we continue organising for the past, in authoritarian dominance hierarcies, or we start organising for the future in collaborate networks that operate on an equal footing.
It's the battle of the sexes, the masculine wanting to divide and conquer, whilst the feminine wants to nurture, unite and grow.
